Now they write their messages on the shields they must carry, to protect them from police forces.

Protesters were bombarded with flashbangs, rubber bullets and tear gas in oakland today, before 400 were arrested.

Mayor Jean Quan, this is a message for you. You are going to lose Oakland. Theres nothing you can do about this because you are fighting instead of embracing a change that is coming with or without you. You will fail, and so will everything you and your ilk stand for.



It seems to me that sending packs of dogs out to attack unarmed people will inevitably lead to these people arming themselves for protection, which you will then call terrorism.

Is that what you want?

Reeeally take a second to think about it.

Once you make the decision, theres no going back.
