Brainseep: Coonskin, American Pop, Cleopatra, Allegro non Troppo

So i came up on a book that has every animated film released in the U.S. from 1926 to 2005 and i've been snatching up all the interesting ones during the last couple weeks. They started with Ralph Bakshi pretty much, he did Fritz the Cat and Wizards and Cool World and a slew of others, and eventually slid into Bill Plympton's(a la many a Liquid Television short back in the day) and René Laloux's (Fantastic Planet) further adventures into animation, as well as a bunch of new cats ive never heard of, and they are rad.

Ive got a buffer of snaps, but lets get the ball rolling with these:

Coonskin(1975, Ralph Bakshi)

American Pop (1981, Ralph Bakshi)

Cleopatra (1970, Ozamu Tezuka(creator of astroboy) and Eiichi Yamamoto)

Allegro Non Troppo (1976, Bruno Bozzetto)
