another one of my favorite shows.

its essentially a survival simulation in which 10 people are dropped off at a "safe zone" after a national disaster. They supe up the compound, scavenge, hunt, gather, build, fight, scout and digest sporadic mystery government transmissions; all the while nearby marauding colonies attempt to take control of supplies and the compound as a whole.

its what an applied science show should be, i hope theres another season.
